Bluefin Seafood Bistro ends 2009 with “Crabfest”

Tucson, ARIZ. – Seafood lovers rejoice! Bluefin Seafood Bistro is excited to announce “Crabfest.” From December 1st through December 30th, guests can celebrate the end of 2009 with a crustacean special being priced at, appropriately, $20.09.

The restaurant, located at 7053 North Oracle Road in Casas Adobes Plaza, will feature one pound of tender Alaskan King Crab with drawn butter, Texmati rice, and sautéed vegetables. Red King Crab is the best of the Alaskan King Crabs (the other two being blue and gold), with the sweetest meat and most voluminous legs.

“The white meat, it’s nearly snow white, has a very delicate flavor and can be perfect on its own with melted butter,” said Bluefin Executive Chef Jim Murphy.

Bluefin owner and co-executive chef Jeff Azersky agrees.

“We prefer it served alone steaming hot with lots of butter and paired with something simple. Then order a dark beer to round out the meal.”

And just in time for this year’s holiday festivities, guests that purchase a $50 gift certificate to Bluefin Seafood Bistro from now until December 15, 2009 will receive a complimentary $10 gift certificate; for every $100 gift certificate purchased, patrons will receive a complimentary $20 gift certificate. The same holiday gift card offer is available for Kingfisher – American Bar & Grill, located at 2564 East Grant Road.

Reservations are recommended at Bluefin Seafood Bistro by calling the restaurant at 520.531.8500 or visiting www.BluefinTucson.com. For more information and to make reservations for Kingfisher – American Bar & Grill, please call 520.323.7739 or visit www.KingfisherTucson.com.
